I have a webpage with several cells down the left side of the page and
one large cell to the right of these cells. I have set the left cells
to fixed height, but everytime I copy and paste in the large cell to
the right or type info into this cell the cells to the left expand
vertically. I've even tried placing this in a dwt template in hopes
that it would not allow changing of the height, but it still didn't
work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In the left column, delete your current cells and instead insert a single column table with the
whatever number of rows (cells) you need.
