While watching defrag's status bar, I caught a glimps of
the name of a file it was decompressing: hamat
cefotaxime. Is this some dopey file I looked up about
antibiotics, or is it something more sinister? Anyone
heard of this?

Enter that in a Google search. You will get several hits. It looks like it
must be something you have installed. Maybe, a medical dictionary??
