CE Emulator and RDA anonymous login.

Hi,
Does anybody have a code snippet showing how to do a RDA pull using an
anonymous connection?
I managed to get a dedicated SQl server authenticated one to work.
But the correct connection string etc for the anonymous continues to elude
me.
