I've done something and now cannot write to my cdrw disk. XP reads every disk
I put in as being full, even a brand new disk. Also, the "format" option is
grayed out.

How can I fix this problem?

look for "packet writing" or "UDF" drive options, you might had desabled it.

using windows explorer check properties for the drive and select the
rocording tab and ensure the box for enable cd burning is checked.

Try a system restore to when it was working ?
