Hello,

All of a sudden, my computer won't reconize my CD-RW
drive. I keep getting a code 19, registry corrupt
message. I tried to follow the suggestions of the
troubleshooter and it has not worked. I have:

uninstalled the hardware and reinstalled it
uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled it

This still hasn't fixed the problem. I don't have a back-
up and can't find my desks to restore the registry. Any
ideas or help on how I do this or how I can fix my problem
with my CD-RW.
