Hello,
Try this:
Go to Start => Run and type in "regedit" {without the quotes}
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class
and select the key{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Go to File => Export
In the Export Registry File dialog box, select 'Selected Branch' under
Export Range; give the file a name with the .reg extension, and click
Save to save the file to the Desktop. This is in case you want to undo
the following edit.
In the right-hand panel for the above key, select LowerFilters, and
then choose Edit => Delete. Click Yes in the Confirm Key Delete dialog
box.
Select the UpperFilters line, and then choose Edit => Delete. Click
Yes in the Confirm Key Delete dialog box.
Close the Registry Editor.
Restart Windows.
