CDRW doesn't burn !?! pls help

      1st Oct 2003
Hi

I got an IBM machine and I am trying to burn some Data
files on my new CDRW using Nero and also using IBM RECORD
NOW, but none of these would record because when it get
to verification data, everything stops!

what should i do. i am sure its not the CDRW and
definitely not the software... i hope not.. can anyone
please help me

Which version of Nero are you using?
Have you applied latest patches?
What type of blank discs are you using? Branded or non-branded, 70 or
80 mins?
Have you tried a lower write speed rather than the highest?
