I have a problem with my CDRW. It's showing up in Device
Manager and not in My Computer. No drives have been hidden
in the registry. The CDRW has been removed and replaced
with another but the same problem occurs. Has anyone
experienced this problem before?

Thanks in advance,

Bill

I found the fix for my problem, thought I would post it
here in case others are experiencing the same issue.
The fix is located at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;q270008

I had to uninstall then reinstall the Record Now software
in order for it to recognize the CDRW. All is fine now.
