Just got Compaq XP, Can't save my documents to a CD like
u would a floppy drive

Under Windows XP u would have to write the data to a CD.
so u have to drag "My Documents" to the CD drive, then
click "Write These Files To A CD". u cannot just drag the
folder to it and still have it be on their

Why would the OP want to drag a whole folder (My Documents,
no less)when all he wants to do is move a single file?
Why don't "u" try posting in English?

Mine is not doing it either. I posted about it a few
days ago. It used to do it but something has changed and
now it doesn't . XP has the software I just dont know how
to change it back to the way it was before
