I've only recently got a pc with a CD rewriter & don't know much about the
disks you need, some of the disks I've tried have not recorded properly, I
think I maybe got the wrong one's. Do I have to get the one's which specify
the speed i.e..x52, as some of the one's I got have no specified speed & I'm
wondering if they are supposed to be recorded only on a hi-fi & not pc,
which disks should I go for, Phil.

Check the specs of your CD-Rom's write and rewrite speed. CDs should be
either equal or less. Look for "Multi Purpose" on the label, I've found the
16X multi speed to be great overall. Brand names such as PNY, Sony,
FujiFilm or Maxell are all excellent. Buy at Circuit City or Best Buy they
carry all brand names. You can get bargains at Walmart or KMart but leave
them be.
