CDROMs not visible in the explorer or Computer Manager

I have a 2000 pro system that shows the 2 CDROM drives
correctly in the device manager with no indication of
errors.

The computer manager/Disk Management only show the C dirve.

I suspect something in the security stuff, but nothing
changed!

Not even sure how to trouble shoot it.

A register hack that would allow the system to re discover
the CDROMS in the Disk Manager would be apriciated.
