My cdrom door came ope and my tray came out all by itself, and now if I push
the button nothing happens, and if I push the tray in by hand, it won't come
back out. My computer is not that old at all, and I have never had this
problem before, I had tried to uninstall the driver, and then re-install but
that did not work, When I look up my cdrom, it says that it is working
properly.........trust me it's not........could someone please help me with
my problem, it would be greatly appreciated.....thank you

Replace the CDROM drive, they can be had cheaply (unless it's for a
laptop).
