Yes, it's time to replace the drive. You might want to replace it with a
DVD R/W if you don't mind spending a little more. Otherwise, you can
get a CD-RW drive for $25-40 USD. I like
www.newegg.com and they have
some really good deals. Of course, it depends on what country you live
in.
