Can not copy anything to cd-r. It takes a minute to
recognize cd. Says file system raw. no space available,
but nothing on it. I suppose it needs to be formated but
can't get anything on it. Must resolve this problem
before warranty run out.

I had copied files before but had to buy cd-rw. What is
the point of CD-R (recordable) if you can't record to
them?

AMD Athalon 2400+
70 Gb hard drive

In sound devices found a few VIA AC'97 Enhanced Audio...
Usually good at getting around computers but XP screws me
up.
When I load CD the curser changes to a CD Rom (normal I
know)
Where can I look for the Program?
