Usually you connect the CD and HDD, make sure they are recognized and
enabled in BIOS, go to the Bios BOOT Menu, and set the boot order to CD -
(Floppy) - HDD. If that does not work you may have a problem with the HDD,
the controller, or your SATA drivers (which should be loaded by F6 at first
install screen).
Is your Bios configuration correct?
