CD Track Glitch

I have a CD that I was copying to my media library
yesterday, and as I was updating the information (while
playing the cd), it was playing the first track, and it
suddenly stopped and switched to the second track. Then,
it showed the title for Track 2 on Track 1, and instead
of Track 2' title, it just says 'Track 2'. I tried to
edit the tracks, but it now defaults back to this
setting. The end result now is that it shows that I have
two 'Track 2's on the cd, and it does not show the title
of either, and it will not play the actual song on the
first track of the cd. I can pop the cd into a regular
cd player, and it is fine - it plays all tracks. Real
Player also plays all tracks and lists correct track
information. How do I correct this problem in Media
Player - I have version 9.0.
