hi there ! wondering if you can help when i put in a cd it does not start up, wondering if i could have changed a setting witch is preventing the cd from playing ? i have just about everything ? any help would be so much appreciated. tks

See if this helps: Start/Help and Support/in Search box
type AutoPlay and click the arrow; from the results of
the search pick task "Change how your computer handles
multimedia content". Follow the instructions and make
your choice.
