CD-RW won't read disc's ???

Hi, i need desperate help...... My Cd-RW will not read or
play an inserted Cd or disc, but it will burn a cd only
the songs i have downloaded from the internet. But i
really need the Cd-rom to read from the discs. If anyone
can help me please contact me through
