Any application that attempts to write to CD-RW drive
fails as though no RW drive exists unless logged-on as
Administrator. All users can read from this drive. Any
tips or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Blymyer,

AFAIK most CD-RW software requires users to be members of the Administrator group in
order to burn CDs. I do not know the particulars for any other CD-RW software
however Nero has a tool called "Nero BurnRights" that will let members of other
groups burn CDs.
