CD-RW - Drag and drop

I need help with drag and drop from windows explore. I was
always able to drag a file from my c: drive to my cd-rw
drive from windows explore. Now all of a sudden I'm unable
to do so. When I try to do it, a message pop up saying "
place a disc in drive D:". I've tried this using diffrent
types of disc. I never had this problem before. I tried to
uninstall and reinstall drivers, nothing. Still get the
same message.

Please help me!!!
