I try to enable DMA for CD-RW Drive. In Device Manager I
selected IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers. I clicked the IDE
Primary Channel where the CD-RW Drive is connected. I do
not see the Advanced Tab, the Help document is refering to.
In the Resources Tab,Use automatic setting is selected but
also darkened so I cannot turn off the selection and
change the DMA setting. I am using a single user Win2K
installation. Can the CD-RW DMA be enabled?

Try to upgrade chipset drivers: check mobo CDROM or manufacturer site.
