Hopefully someone can HELP!
Untill a couple of day's ago, all was well, then suddenly
my CD ROM and CDRW will not read data, they will play
music, all I get is "drive not accessible, wrong function"
I've tried reinstalling both drives and the drivers, no
good. I do see that there is no resources tab in systems
for the cd roms, microsoft help got me no where. Can
someone help ?

Roy,
I am have the same problem. I've tried just about
everything I know (that's not much), but nothing has
worked. I don't see any reference for help in MS support
as yet. Have you received any indication from anywhere
about what the problem might be and what needs to be
reset.

The funny thing is that the CD Drives work fine when you
boot the MS2000 system in SAFE mode.
