However, if the problem is not just that the tray won't open but that the CD
is really jammed (i.e., off the tray, at an angle, wedged to the side) then
you probably cannot open the tray using a paper clip through the tiny hole.
If you can get the tray ejected a little bit then maybe you can use a
popsicle stick or tongue depressor to move the CD back into the groove of
the tray. Otherwise, you might end up having to remove CD drive from the
computer to see if you can remove a couple screws holding the front plate to
open up the frontside to give you access to the area inside and atop the
tray.
