CD ROM STOPPED AUTOPLAY

DEAR SIRS ,

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CD ROM
IT IS NOT AUTO PLAYING CDS ITSELF
AUTO PLAY OPTION IS ALSO CHECKED BUT NO USE.

I also have this problem on my other computer. I don't
know what happened but it started working again for a
while after i installed a new dvd/cd-rw combo drive, but
now it has stopped working again. Anybody have any ideas?
