Please help, anyone!! Having found this information only by chance, I
attempted to
use 1st System Restore, without success "System Restore cannot restore your
system to this date or even an earlier date." Then I tried Norton Go Back.
Again
no help. Next I looked at similar problems other users encountered, such as
regedit,
HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE/...............{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318.
followed the instuctions as far as click the REG-MULTI-SZ data type
UpperFilters and
same for LowerFilters and here I am stuck as I have no idea what an Upper or
LowerFilter, is and nothing labeled as such. Can anyone update me as to what
I'm
looking for please??
