Well,
I have just a SLIGHT problem. I really don't know how to
explain it other than to say I was having "problems" with
Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum so I
uninstalled/reinstalled it. Upon restarting I discovered
that neither one of my two CD-ROM drives was being
recognized by Windows 2000. The error I receive is "This
device is not working properly because Windows cannot load
the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" The CD-
ROM (burner) is a Samsung DVD/CD-RW combo drive. I have
tried using the generic Windows drivers just to get the CD-
ROM's to work so that I can use the drivers that I have on
CD.

Any suggestion? If you need more information to possibly
solve the problem, please ask
-Larry
