cd rom prob

have a small prob when loading a cd as it is reading the
disc the comp goes to a blue screen and says :- an
exception has occured at oe 0028:03fc00c1 in vxd this was
called from 0028:c1831ed8 in vxd scsi1hlp(03)+0000058
what the hell does this mean and how do i fix it
apparantley the cd rom is working ok any help would be
appreciated cheers
