CD-ROM not recognised in Win2KPro

After downloading Service pack 4 CD ROM is not recognised
with a device manager error code 19 (registry problem). I
have followed steps given in the troubleshooting guide to
no help. Please help.

Check at Kelly's. XP or Win2K same solution.

Choose C and scroll to Cd/Dvd drives missing from
Explorer/MyComputer
