Hi and thank you in advance for any help you can give me. I am running windows xp home edition and have wmp9. My problem is that the puter won't recognize a cd in the cd-rom. I went into my device manager and under the cd-rom properties it says that windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device (code 41). There is also these numbers and letters LG CD-RW CED-8102B. And it says under my drivers properties that the standard disk drive is working properly. Maxtor 4K040H2...I would really, really appreciate some help with this as it has been going on for too long.
