I am on windows 2000 with sp4 and recently I ran Giant Companies Antispyware
software and i think i deleted something that disabled my cd-rom drives. I
have a sony crx220E1 cd-rw and a Creative DVD1241E dvd-rom drive and they do
not show up in my computer anymore. When i am in device managaer they show up
with the yellow exclamation points and have this message on the properties

Your registry might be corrupted. (Code 19)

I uninstalled them and windows found the new hardware but they dont show up
in my computer. how do i get them to work again in windows

You might try restoring the system hive from a recent backup.
