I have video that I've downloaded onto my PC from the tape. I can burn CD of them with my burner, but would prefer to watch them on a television. I don't have a DVD burner on my PC. Is there anyway to get these transferred from CD-Rom to DVD

Yes you can do this. Where to get it done etc will depend on what country
you are in. I just did a quick search and at the moment there are 130
results found...135. I am using a specialist program to find these results,
BUT, if you type "transferred from CD-Rom to DVD" with out the " in the
URL/Address bar of Internet Explorer and press the Go button Internet
Explorer should find something relevant to your location.
