Hello,

Need more details? Can you see the drives in My Computer? If so, what error
message do you get when you access them? Have you tried other CDs to rule
out a bad CD?

Hello,

How old is it? Have you tried it with a DVD loaded and see whether that
works? If a DVD works, then it could be a laser failure.

If the drive does not support DVDs, you will need to try swapping in another
drive. Or wait and see if anyone else has better suggestions.

It could also be a CD problem - try another CD.
