CD-ROM drive letter changes

Hello:

I'd like to make my CD-ROM drive letters come up as O: and
P: at boot (they are currently E: and F

. I can go in
through the Disk Management utility in the Computer
Management applet and change them, but when I reboot (or
log off and then back on), my changes are lost. How do I
make the drive letter changes "stick"?
