CD Rom CDRW problems.

Strange problem. In XP pro my cd rom and cdrw does not open the cd's. It
tells me "no access". But if I reboot with cd's in the drives then I can
access it. But if I open the drive and close it again, I've got the same
problem.. Any help would be highly appreciated.... Thanks .. Buks
