CD ROM and DVD Drives Not Loading

I noticed that one of PC's CD-ROM was not listed. I went to Control Panel
and Load Hardware and see an ! mark for my CD-ROM drive. It also has message
"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use." I also
noticed that on the list shows 5 each items of "Via Rev 5 or later4 USB
Universal Host Controller". and 6 each items "USB Root Hub." Do I need to
delete some of these.
