My Windows 2000 Professional will not load my cd or dvd
drivers. I think it all started when I installed my
vivitar digital camera software but not sure.. Any
Suggestions. They will be appreciated.
I tried reloading them but nothing happens. It says they
are reloaded but when I restart the computer back to
square one..
I even ran setup disks again but still nothing.

If the drive(s) is listed in Device Manager, try uninstalling, restart the
computer, and let the drives be detected again.
