I'm running win XP Every thing used to work Now I get
code 41, drivers are loaded but system cannot find
device. Even my backpack cd rewriter. In startup the
devices show up OK. Can you advise me on what to do.

I also have this Problem with my dvdrom and also my cdrw
rom. The drivers show up working properly there are no
updates for them and they install perfectly fine. The
problem is for any games that require a disk to be
present in the rom an error comes up "Can't Find CD-
Rom". Both roms are listed in the IDE list. This
problem also occurs on my friends computer who just has a
dvd/cdrw rom. Also this error only happens with Windows
XP I do believe when I had ME on the computer the drives
were working fine.
