CD ROM & CDRW device driver error messages

's Computer Specifications

I no longer can access my CD drives. This is the message
I get when I go to device manager: Windows cannot load
the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be
corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Can anyone help?
