On an older computer I had a serious virus problem that
required me to reformat and and reinstall windows 2000
pro. My original Cdrom failed and I replaced it. I then
reinstalled Nortons anti-virus without any problems,
however when I try to reinstall Office 2000 Professional I
get a "Please insert a Disk into Drive D:." message. I can
then insert other Cd's such as a Quicken program disk or a
audio disk. The Cdrom will recognize it.
Thanks for any help.
