I guess you can use any recovery program.
Underneath three alternatives specially authored for floppies.
I am, unfortunately, in a hurry, so I haven't had much time to search for
their address.
1. Recover
Unless the data have been corrupted due to damage to diskette, this
program can successfully recover files from floppy diskettes.
I cannot rediscover it, but you could try his e-mail(remove tospam)

His name and address:
Anupama Gupta
H No. 606/33,
New Parao, Ramnagar ,
Kathmandi, Rohtak - 124001
INDIA.
2. Revive
Cannot rediscover this one either. :-(
The author used to be found here:
http://techteam.static.golden.net/
But you might try to write to him(remove tospam)

I haven't tried this program.
It's "cardware", which means that if you like it you should send him a
post card to the following address:
Emil LAURENTIU
Str. Drumea Radulescu nr.42 sect.4
Bucharest cod 75126
ROMANIA
3. RECOVER Fixed/Floppy Disk
http://www.bestdiskrecovery.com/index.html
Crippleware
If first FAT Sector of floppy disk is damaged, you have to use the
commercial version.
ANALYZER for RECOVER Fixed/Floppy Disk is a prerequisite for using RECOVER
Fixed/Floppy Disk.
You can find this program on the same page.
