Can anyone help me out? I have installed a cdrom on a
users pc, and it complains that the reg may be corrupt. I
know I have read somewhere that their is a string in the
reg that needs to be altered but for the life of me I can't
remember where its located. Thanks in advance.

And "it" would be what? Some software program that came with the CD-ROM
drive? Windows when it runs its hardware wizard on detecting the new
device? Are you asking about the ENUM keys?
