the software and i could use it fine with no problem BUT
each time i open my computer, i find a small icon with
red mark next to where the clock is displayed and it have
the message

Devices or applications disabled
"CD Recording Software" will cause windows to become
unstable. windows has prevented these driver from
loading.

and when i click, it take me to the support center which
i usually lose my way in it and don't know what to do to
fix this till now

Try to go reading Article 314060 in Microsoft Knowledge Base.
Look like to be a known problem after removing CD Creator form XP.

What version of Easy CD Creator?

Only version 5 with a patch from the Roxio site, www.roxio.com and version 6
are compatible.

Second, if you installed Easy CD Creator 5 using the full install option,
you've also installed the Take Two component which is not compatible with
XP. However, the error message is usually a result of having installed
either the wrong version of Easy CD Creator or the Direct CD component
without the proper patch as specified above.
