I have been burning CDs and recently when I burn them after track number 12
or so the song is there in full effect but there is also fuzz that plays too.
I was wondering if this was caused by my CDs or is something wrong with my
burner
I think it MAY be a actual problem with the burner itself which is
unacceptable because the computer is not even 6 months old. Am I entitled to
a new burner for free if I cannot fix it?

You should have at least a 12 month warranty unless you purchased additional
time for an extended warranty. Which would replace yours if it is not
operating
correctly or ready to "bite the dust". But, first check how much music you
put
on the disk. "12 or so" songs may have filled it up, but you must have
sufficient
room left over on the disk for finalization so it will play on a CD player
or even
your computer.

That isn't the problem; there is enough room.
