I am running a PHILIPS PCRW804 R/RW CD-ROM and I just
installed Windows XP with a clean install.

My problem is, the sound is skipping, and my mouse seems
to want to jump aroud when I try to click on something.
I am running the new Microsoft Optical "Blue" USB mouse.

My computer is a custom built Pentium 4 with a 1.8 ghz
Intel processor and 256 RAM, if that will help. There
may be something I am overlooking that will correct this,
but I have not found it.

I am can find update drivers for these problems? I can't
seem top find them on Microsoft, or PHILIPS. I have
tried som of the other software URL's, but have not found
anything. Can anyone help me? I may be overloooking
something that will change these things, within the
program.

If you can help, please, advise.

Thank you, in advance,
Roger
