If no joy then I would suggest un-stalling the driver, removing the cable
from the CD-Rom and CDRW, and then reboot Windows.
Shut down Windows, turn off the PC and re-connect the cable to the CD-Rom
and CD-RW.
Now Power up and let Windows re-discover the devices and install the
drivers.
