My computer tells me that there is a driver not working
properly so windows had to shut it down to prevent
windows from becoming unstable. I went to the device
manager and this is the driver that is shut down
C:\\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\CDR4_2K.sys
can you help me figure out how to fix this problem or
should i just uninstall all the media players and install
them again

Download the updates for your particular version of EZCD Creator from the
Roxio website at www.roxio.com

There's also a plug in at their site at
http://www.roxio.com/en/support/kb/ecdc/PLG000001.jhtml
