What's the best quality branded CD-R and CD-RW media at the mo.
Just got a nice new 52x24x52 machine so want the best discs.

well like my plextor the website tells me what is the best media for my cd
burner.

Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden are the two brands I use.

I really don't think it matters for CD-R's. Get the cheapest. CD-RW's look
for at least 10x speed rated. I'd say just about all the burners have
worked out any incompatibilities.

DVD's now that's a different story...

Don't really care about your data, do you?

Just like any other product, there are wide variances in cdr quality.

I have a DVD burner, CD's are like floppy discs to me.

I like the Taiyo Yuden disks. They are available in the US under the Fuji
brand.The packages will say made in Japan on them.
