Cd Player=No play/Burner=does not open :(

's Computer Specifications

Okay my cd player opens fine, but it will not play cds or
install things onto my computer. And my burner, it will
not open at all. Does anyone know what is wrong with it,
or how i go upon fixing this problem? Please, and thank
you.

Did they ever work..? How are you trying to open the cd..? Do you mean the
autoplay is not working, do you get any error messages...? Were they just
installed..?
