CD not detected when inseeted into CD drive

When I inserted a game CD in the drive, nothing happened( game was not
installed). when i tried another game CD, i got a message something like' An
installable virtual device driver failed dll initialization, after that I
clicked ignore and it went to page of installation of game. thanks for help.
