CD Games

Hi I have a Pentium 4, 40GH, 256 Ram 1.6 speed.
Whenever we try to play CD game Such as very simple The
Learning Company's Math Game it shut down in five minutes.

I tested all compatibility test and all look fine.
This is from the beginning when I bough this computer one
year ago, this is a clone computer and the company where I
bought checked one day and said they have fixed he problem.

But I did not check right a way but later when I check I
had a same problem. I could not take it back to them
because I did not get the time.
Can anybody tell me why is this is happening.
